What the hell? Am I reading this article correctly? - - - - has been contracted as a commentator for the World's Cup in Russia. Since when has a prisoner had the right to commentate on any public event or the access to public media. If this is so can we expect to see or hear Beija-Flor as a guest commentator on next years Rio Carnaval

Lula isn't being held incommunicado and his pay is going to the Lula Institute which is supposed to be some kind of charity, so I guess there's no reason he can't do it. He has a lot of time on his hands all of a sudden.
Lula's prediction about the dangers of Costa Rica were unfounded.
There can be only one reason for this. The win by Brazil was politically motivated to shame Lula and put doubt into the minds of the Brazilian population that maybe Lula is not infallible.
