    Chronic, most people emigrate to escape crime, not to commit it. The USA has an honest, modern and very effective law enforcement mechanism; Mexico, not so much. Why would all your mythical criminals and rapists leave a country where they can safely be predators, to go to a country where they are far more likely to be caught?

    But then logic and evidence never was a conservative strong point.
