Former Tory Party leader William Hague has issued a blunt warning to Cabinet Brexiteers not to push their demands for a clean break with the European Union too far. Ahead of crunch Cabinet talks at Chequers on Friday, Lord Hague said Parliament could force a “watered-down” Brexit on the Government if ministers fail to agree a compromise plan on Britain’s future customs relationship with the EU. Who listens to William Hague? A hopeless leader of the Conservative Party, and a mediocre Foreign Secretary, not yesterday’s man, but last century’s man.

Whether they listen to him or not, the Conservatives need to stop fighting among themselves and start doing what's best for the country. How can they negotiate when these bozos (and BoJos) don't even know what they want to achieve? It's pathetic that 27 different countries are more united than our government is.

“You Brits are so finished.” Sounds like that dicky-licker Trump revisionist again, that hasn't yet been brought up to speed. So get used to it..

Drumf is a duffas he confirms the fact every time he opens his mouth, so what does that make you?
“I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”
Who can forgot that time he gave a commencement speech at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and was called out for copying Legally Blonde‘s Elle Wood’s graduation speech?
Further, ”The debate on the right is mainly between Trump partisans who believe, or at least claim they believe, that President Trump is in the habit of saying astoundingly stupid things in public as part of a grand political scheme (twelve-dimensional chess!) ” By Kevin D. Hague an aristocrat! Lol, Americans. Ignorant and angry the both of them.

Terry, the reason Trump says stupid things is obvious, and it isn't any kind of chess. Since his supporters claim to hate PC I'm gonna take them at their word and just say it: he says stupid things to appeal to stupid people. They don't want to face the hard truth or educate themselves and so they prefer to believe in fake news, conspiracies and simple solutions.

I agree. “It isn't any kind of chess” National Review, is the web arm of the once venerable conservative political commentary magazine founded by William F.Buckley, Jr. My point is that even a well established conservative publication sees Drumf and his supporters as ludicrous, and derides them.

From memory, during the last GOP primaries, there where about 20 candidates for president who where, to a greater or lesser extent, neocons and therefore could be supported by the National Review and the Brits. They lost. End of story.

So it's your contention Drumf is a liberal or a socialist? Give yourself a shake he's the biggest, baddest arch reactionary of them all put together. Why do you think the Klan endorsed him?

Trump is not a neocon, therefore he must be a liberal or a socialist? Is that how it works for you Europeans?

I know I should no longer be surprised by you Europeans ignorance regarding the United States but I've got to say that your lack of knowledge regarding American politics is astounding.

For your information the neocon candidate in the last presidential was Clinton. This is why people like Frum started appearing on Morning Joe. Other neocons (to a greater or lesser extent) are such stalwarts of the Democratic Party as Pelosi, Feinstein and Schumer. A typical GOP neocon is Bolton.

Its nothing to do with liberal or socialist. Please learn something about politics before you mouth off about the US again. And please do try to keep up!

“Is that how it works for you Europeans?” What you state is so obviously untrue, that you have studiously avoiding even naming his political stance.“You Europeans ignorance regarding the United States” Amazing how wide the breadth of your ignorance is, the last time I checked my passport it was from the same hemisphere as yours.
“Hill is a proven dilettante.” Says one who can't even write proper English, as there is no such expression as “YourWorseNightmare”. The correct term is, YourWorstNightmare. The only interests the Drumfs have represented have been their own. Not one of three generations that have been eligible, through four wars have completed military service. In fact two generations have conspicuously avoided it. The grandfather was stripped of his nationality and couldn't reside in his country of birth as a result.
