And M.Thatcher / R. Reagan are partially to blame . They didn't care about treating Latin America with respect, your countries bring war and gorilla warfare to our continent, you both took a big dump on the OAS in 1982 not putting diplomacy before war and invasive exploitation. ... And of course now you want to say that the rise of people like Maduro, Chavez, Morales and the Kirchner's has no reasonable explanation other than whatever self absolving blame you come up with right off the recycling shelf of world foreign culprits. ... I hope they do great things together !
