Disclaimer & comment rulesMany people who voted Brexit, support Gibraltar,the Falkland Islands and other BOT's right to self determination. Many feel that Brexit is a statement of self determination for the UK vs EU creeping colonialism. If Picardo does not agree with the UK's right to self determination, i.e. as to who governs it, you'd better apply for independence and join the EU.
