Brazil’s government weighed pushing for a management overhaul at miner Vale SA on Monday as grief over hundreds feared killed by a dam burst turned into anger, with prosecutors, politicians and victims’ families calling for punishment. By Monday, firefighters in the state of Minas Gerais had confirmed 65 people killed by Friday’s disaster, in which a burst tailings dam sent a torrent of sludge into the miner’s offices and the town of Brumadinho. The “UPPER Execs” are merely the puppets [the “oranges”]. So unless the politicians who are responsible for the appointments of these execs are behind bars; the 100% justice will not - NEVER - be served!

Oh, but I agree that many people need to be vigorously prosecuted. Vale has proven itself to be a criminally run corporation that has cause irreparable enviromental harm, massive property destruction and unforgivable deaths that cannot be forgiven.

But the stark reality is that the masses themselves don't bother - don't make serious+persistent efforts - to ensure a change. So why shouldn't anyone take advantage of such masses+situations? I sincerely fail to fathom!
