Anything that hasn't been rendered inert by a professional is potentially hazardous the chemicals may have become inert or become unstable your only find out by picking it up or exposing it to heat or pressure changes that's why you don't put stuff like this in hold luggage

Typo error- 7mm ammunition round - but still potentially unstable and explosive after so many years exposure. Dumb idiot Lawyer who apparently cannot read the standard signs in multi languages in airports worldwide!
