    OK, now it's obvious. ... You know for all of this publications dastardly indoctrinating propaganda spins, it sure can't help revealing what's up in “British Falklands dispute logistics”
    So the Islanders out of shear pride and rancor, refuse to acknowledge the natural gravitational and historical pull to Argentina for support and sustenance that is at the base of its logical and sensible claim, backed by all the pertinent historical details, yet are desperately in need of a strong relationship to the continent, so now they're going to try for “Brazil” LOL . So little courage, confidence and true sense of self . Such is the nature of the robber.

    Don't be an idiot. They want to depend on Argentina as little as possible, because that gives Argentina power over them. So they turn to neighbouring countries like Brazil. It's not cowardice to avoid shooting yourself in the foot, it's common sense.

    First of all, if you want me to respect you, learn to respect others. Secondly you are not saying anything too different to what I'm saying, except for a key detail. It is not that the islanders don't want Argentina to have power over them. If they had self confidence in facing the conflict and not relying on Britain to be their oppressive strong arm, the only thing that would ensue would be talks and hopefully an expedient resolution to the conflict. What they actually seek to avoid is acknowledging the Argentine argument. But that is Britain's fault, who by always wanting to maintain dominion over the argue segways its relationship with Argentina nonetheless into a rapport that seek always some form of exploitation and thus commercial and financial dealings. Argentina would rather resolve the historical matter of the conflict first before having to resort to an embargo for example, but it is Britain who because it wants to beat the Argentine claim promotes freakishly disproportional to 2900 inhabitants commercial investment, while continuing to pull whatever commercial strings it can in order dominate an Argentinian commercial relationship, whose objective has always been to quiet down distract and appease the Argentine denouncement. Greedy deceitful avarice at its best! Indeed they are the best at manipulating and deceiving the world.

    @Trimonde
    Likewise. But it's exactly that they don't want Argentina to have power over them. They know damn well that if it wasn't for Britain's strong arm, they'd be ruled by Macri today, enjoying the 55% inflation and economic recession, spending pesos at 55 to the pound. They didn't want to join Argentina when they were poor and ignored by Britain, before 10,000 Argentine soldiers showed up to occupy their home. Why on earth would they have changed their minds since?

    And sure, Britain would rather trade with Argentina and ignore the matter as far as possible, given that no satisfactory resolution seems possible. Why not?

    Suckup. ;)

    Like depending upon a beggar to fulfill your financial needs and to improve your economic situation - for example?
