Funny as hell, what goes around comes around. Recently the Bolos (yes that's a contemptuous term,) tried to get the UN to roll back the signed peace treaty and failed. Now they pay the price for breaking a treaty, (which started the war, in concert with their allies the Peruvians,) and losing their seacoast for their cowardly refusal to aid their allies when Chile responded. I have no sympathy, only laughter. The Bolos later tried to drive Paraguay out of the Chaco, contemptuously referring to the Paraguayans as Patapillas, (Barefoot) hoping to get to the rivers that lead to the Atlantic. Brave little Paraguay destroyed their ludicrous attempt, (the Bolos had US equipment,) and were pushed out of the Chaco. Anything bad that happens to Bolivia is long overdue. Just a personal opinion. ;)
