TRATADO DE EXTRADICIÓN Y ASISTENCIA JUDICIAL EN MATERIA PENAL ENTRE LA REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA Y EL REINO DE ESPAÑA – Aprobado por Ley 23.708
Vigente desde el 15 de Julio de 1990...
If I were you..., turquita..., I would try Italy...
We have a similar extradition treaty with them..., but...
Maurizio could apply for an Italian Jus Sanguinis citizenship and profit from that loophole...

Are you suggesting he'd rather flee to Cuba?
Sep 23rd, 2019 - 06:54 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Nope...I'm suggesting that he will have enormous problems in the near future hiding from the Argentinean Judiciary...
Sep 23rd, 2019 - 07:55 pm - Link - Report abuse -1Even a little humble Chubutean as me has accumulated factual evidence enough about his misdeeds in my province to give him a serious, looong headache...
And we are thousands and thousands of Argentineans that..., during the last four years..., have written and interchanged our cuadernos Gloria..., pebete...
Italy could have been a possibility for him until a couple of months ago but..., today..., with Salvini gone..., I wouldn't bet on it...
As I see it..., he could try either to hide in the Libanese Beqaa Valley under the عواضة (Awada) clan protection...
Or..., failing the above..., Papanatasam, Tamil Nadu, India..., under the protection of his beloved Guruji..., Ravi Shankar...
Maurizio ciao..., Maurizio ciao, ciao, ciao...

Sep 26th, 2019 - 02:37 am - Link - Report abuse -1There are many judicial processes in which he will need to testify, and the cogs of the justice system have started to turn in advance of the election.
It goes without saying that, under the procedures extensively used during the Macri government, the soon-to-be former president would have to be incarcerated and denied bail because of the residual power he will hold as a result of his past position.
Funny how things take unsuspected turns.
This one is solely & exclusively for cultivated Argentineans of a certain age...

If this Mano knew anything about recent Argentinean history or culture...he would wisely keep far away from that beautiful pavillion...
