The Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) has kicked off Monday morning at the Speke Resort Munyonyo. Uganda, with closed meetings of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) regional secretaries. A delegation from the Falkland Islands is attending the meeting. Read full article
