The socio-economic impact of oil and gas development in the Falkland Islands has been the subject of a Government report. Careful what you wish for, Think. All them tyres wouldn’t burn with as much black smoke if they weren’t made from oil.
Jan 04th, 2020 - 01:15 pm - Link - Report abuse +1this report was released in October so has taken a couple of months for the press to find out about it. understandable as there is nothing new or exciting but simply the latest publication of a series of assumptions on this subject over the years from the policy unit. no comparison with the previous guesses. expect another one in 5 to 10 years time when another new head of policy feels it timely for him/her to be the author of the next round of what-ifs.
