Disclaimer & comment rulesThe arrogance as per usual of the British elite - how on earth can the UK help Argentina with its railways development! We cannot even get HS2 up and running and we have virtually no domestic manufacturing capacity in railways. I strongly advise Argentina to look elsewhere.
