Other than typically frying the seadevils a la Romana, my partner has a wonderful method of preparing squid the way of her ancestors — which I've found adapted in English.

Madame made stuffed grape leaves filled with sweet red peppers, saffron rice and the final lamb leftovers from the refrigerator. Normally we have them with plain yogurt, but tonight she made a creamy goat cheese dip with a jar of the tomato chutney we made earlier...
Speaking of squid, before we were rudely interrupted... You really should try the recipe I've added a link to, if of course you come across squid at a good price.
