The appointment of Figueroa will indubitably make the Falkland Islanders wish to reduce their GDP/person to 1/5 of the present and demand to become inhabitants of a failed state in technical default.

Probably don't get a Christmas card from the Islands now either.

Must be an avid reader of Penguin News.

He may not get a christmas card from the far away islands, but perhaps he will send them a fresh load of Winnie the Pooh books?
