Australian researchers' ambition to keep the Aurora Australis icebreaker under the Aussie flag has been dealt a blow, with reports that the vessel has been sold to Argentina.     If that happens, we need to open a sweepstake on how long it lasts under Argentinian control, before it catches fire, rolls over and sinks in harbour, sails off the edge of the world!!!
