Uruguayan authorities have pledged to respond to complaints from the Spanish fleet fishing in the South Atlantic and which normally operates from the port of Montevideo where they call for supplies and cargo transshipments. Read full article

    I say...:

    Spanish vessels should not only pay what it costs to dock in Montevideo, but also book and pay in advance for the limited docking space..., as Chinese vessels do...
    If they don't like the smell in the bakery..., they are welcome to burn some diesel and sail elswhere...
