French mayor threatens with a “Falklands' war” if no accord is reached on UK/EU fishing waters

The French Mayor Frederic Couvillier, of the city of Boulogne-sur-Mer, has threatened the UK with a “Falklands War” pertaining the dispute over the fishing waters with the European Union.     That mayor has a genuine Argentino brain. He is indubitably inspired by the fact that José de San Martín is buried there, and now going to use his fat village (Boulogne-sur-Mer, pop. 40,900) army to overrun the UK, although he may be a bit short on the 8 rowing boats needed to crosse zi Channale.
