New Zealand has decided to support Australia in its dispute with China on barley tariffs, signaling goodwill to work on differences in how to approach Beijing.     China may have upgraded its free trade agreement with NZ this year but Australia and New Zealand have had a free trade agreement since 1965 and have been free to move between each country since their founding.

    China suddenly thought that its money could undo that depth of history.... idiots!
