Interesting . But the author seems to have forgotten two victories by the British in ex-colonies . Malaya -1958/1968 - which was an outstanding victory over the communists . And Cyprus where Greece was unable to control the island . EOKA was soundly defeated . I am particularly surprised by his ignorance on Malaya - a brilliant campaign .
