Argentine government slaps more controls on corn exports

Argentina's Agriculture Minister has decided to up the number of requirements and restrictions on corn exports after the sector reached the exportable balance of 38.5 million tons, it was reported. Read full article

    This is unfortunately another reason why Argentina’s economy is a disaster!

    In Chile the government encourages exporters to sell their product abroad at free prices — where in Argentina the government does the opposite!
