No, because 90% of Brazilian politicians are 'physiological', in that that they will chop and change parties, as well as their manifest political convictions, and adapt to whatever situation that guarantees their political survival......in other words, no morals, no sound principles, just a bunch of disgusting liars.
Last time I spoke to Alckmin was at the wedding of one of my nephews - 6 years ago - and I asked him what the PSDB was doing to get rid of the Lulla-thief....his words, “we're working on it”....now he is cozying up to the ex-convict....as far as I'm concerned, Alckmin is killing himself politically, because those who have traditionally supported him aren't going to accept his move towards Lula.....but let's see if he goes through with it, or backs down to save what's left of his already weak reputation.

The source is a whistleblower who (must be an 'extremely' reliable person, so much so that he betrayed his oath, and) very likely only divulged what suited him, in an attempt to discredit Moro (which, without proof, is nothing more than speculation) and the lefty journalist - obviously a Lulla-lover - who wrote that crap.
But the really crappy thing about it, is the fact you lap it up as if it were the Gospel truth.

Unless I'm mistaken, corruption usually involves two parties, the corruptor and the corrupted - in this case, OAS/Odebrecht, and Lulla - but I can't help it if you are too bloody stupid to understand it or if your head is up Lulla's arse.....
You dismissed the dozens of depositions given by the many whistle blowers (which you never watched), 1st because you don't understand Portuguese and 2nd, because you rely on pro-Lulla sites to get your info.
But the question remains, why believe whistleblower John Kiriakou, and not those that testified against Lulla (and confessed /were punished for their crimes) ?

Not really - what really happened, in 2011 - something you should know, but obviously don't - is that Europe, by the beginning 2009, was going into recession as a result of the US's financial crisis of 2008 ; so, as a result of the recession in Europe, 2 years later, Brazil's GDP surpassed the UK's - but only because the UK GDP dropped, not because Brazil's had grown.
And just fyi, that situation didn't last long. In 2015, (thanks to your heroine, Dilma), Brazil had already fallen to 8th place, again behind the UK.....but the sad news does not end there - today, the UK is 6th in the world ranking and Brazil is 9th. You should really do your homework before spreading fake news.

Hope you are not too thick to understand what I am going to tell you......Yes. Lula (not Dilma) paid Brazil's foreign debt...How ? by buying the debt with a loan obtained from the Brazilian banking system, so, in effect he swapped a foreign debt for a domestic one.
And the advantage ? None whatsoever, as in fact, looking it from a financial aspect it was extremely prejudicial to Brazil, - he exchanged the foreign debt, paying about 4% interest per annum, for a domestic one paying more than 15% per annum....but he didn't care ? It was just another populist move, made to fool people like you. Think about it before you reply....“if” you can.
