Disclaimer & comment rulesHow utterly ridiculous - 'the great British family' - what the hell does that mean? I support the right of Falklanders to self-determination but frankly they are not part of my English family - just look at the map, you noodles.

Are the people of St Pierre et Miquelon Canadians, are the Canary Islanders Moroccans? Are the Bornholmers Swedes (or Poles)? Just geographical proximity is not enough. Culture, History, Language and the wish of its people make the F.I. British.

There was no indigenous population in the F.I. when the Europeans arrived (but it was in Brazil). Therefore, in your own wording, they are NOT “offspring of terrorists, thieves or invaders.” What you mean with “spies” I do not understand. Perhaps you could explain what you mean.
