    38 years of democracy. And insisting isn't really so good when you haven't even applied for permission to land here. Their flights have been rejected. And Carmona has made no mention of the right of self-determination not threatened to go the ICJ.

    “38 years of democracy”. They should thank the late Mrs Thatcher for that. Had Argentina succeeded in 1982 the junta would still be in power. But, remember, Argentina is still a “flawed democracy” (rank 48, just a little bit better than Brazil), and the U.K. is a “full democracy” (rank 16). Of course three Nordic countries (Norway, Iceland and Sweden) are in the top (rank 1, 2 and 3)
