Falklands approves importation, possession, use and sale of Cannabidiol (CBD)
The Executive Council of the Falkland Islands has approved that the importation, possession, use and retail sale of excepted products containing Cannabidiol (CBD) in the Falklands should be lawful. The announcement was reported on the Falklands government page.

The largest pink diamond in 300 years, was mined in Angola, “Rose of Lulo”
Australia's Lupaca Diamond Company has reported that miners in Angola have extracted a rare pure pink diamond, considered the largest to have been discovered in the world in 300 years. The 170-carat, 34 grams diamond has been dubbed “the Rose of Lulo”, after the mine in northeast Angola where it was extracted.

IDB keeps approving loans for Argentina amid frozen disbursements

Fed raises the benchmark interest rate 75 basis points, fourth time running
For the fourth time running since March the United States Federal Reserve on Wednesday increased benchmark interest rates 75 basis points to its highest level since 2018, in yet another significant effort to contain inflation which is running at a forty-year high of 9,1%, but at the same time avoiding a recession.
