Brazilian economic authorities have cut down projections regarding 2022's annual inflation from 5.71% to 5.62%, it was reported Monday. It was the 16th consecutive reduction of the National Wide Consumer Price Index (IPCA) estimate.

September, record export month for Brazilian agribusiness: US$ 14 billion

Brazilian agribusiness exports reached US$ 13.97 billion in September 2022, a record for the month with a 38,4% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2021. In addition to the increase in prices, which rose 17.2% between September 2022 and September 2021, the volume exported was up 18.1%.

September inflation in Patagonia reached 6,1% and 66,2% in nine months

Inflation across in Tierra del Fuego, Argentine Patagonia reached 6,1% during the month of September, 66,2% so far this year, and did not include modifications in basic services rates, but nevertheless was considered a great success in Buenos Aires because it was down from 7%, the previous month.

Gasoline at pumps in Brazil up again after 15 weeks

Just to recap: Avian Influenza is a viral disease of birds (very seldom also humans), that is mainly transmitted via direct contact and/or droppings of infected birds. The symptoms can range from flu type symptoms (sneezing, respiratory distress) and decrease in the number of eggs laid, all the way to sudden death.
