This story is totally unremarkable. Private Argentine aircraft frequently visit the Falklands, sometimes pilot/owners just making a visit to the islands as tourists, and sometimes (as I believe was the case on Monday) to do medical evacuations. I think Monday’s flight was for an injured fisherman off a commercial fishing vessel.
As far as I know, there is no restriction on private flights direct from Argentina to the Falklands, as long as they comply with the formalities and regulations and seek the required permissions for their visits.

Now would be the time to ask oneself why PenguinPress chooses to publish such a foolish story...,that barely made it into the most exterme turnipy nationalist Argie niche internet sites...

If one didn't know better..., one could be tempted to Tænk that PenguinPress was kind of a exterme turnipy nationalist Anglo niche internet site itself....

The Falklands Government permitted the arrival of an emergency flight from Argentina for the medical evacuation of an Argentine citizen from a cruise ship.

They all lived happily ever after.

    The end.

Did this story originate in P News? It wouldn’t surprise me, I gave up on it long ago. Very poor excuse for a newspaper IMHO.

The flight had permission. Anyone who needed to know about it knew about it. Keyboard warriors who think they are air traffic controllers because they know how to use Flight Radar are not on the mailing list.

    Not quite right...copper...
    - The British..., Argentinean and FIG(leaf) authorities organized the arrival to Malvinas of TWO DIFFERENT MEDEVAC flightS from Argentina for the transport of 1(one) Yankee citizen to Buenos Aires AND 1(one) Argentine citizen to Ushuahia....
Hopefully..., they all will live happily ever after....

    Mr. Jo Bloggs...
    I didn't mention P. News..., I mentioned P. Press...!
We all know they are almost Identical Twins..., but there are still some differences...
