    10 years or 15 it will make No difference! you might as well say 100-150 years and it still won`t happen! Apathy is rife in South America.

    Production capitalism is not subordinated to Neoliberalism. Mercosur can trade in a currency that is not linked to the dollar.

    Commercial Currency.

    Things will become clearer with Minister Haddad.
