As I see it, Uruguay is long gone away from God in their politics, they lost and by their actions lose even more God´s blessing. The only solution to their drought and other miseries is to repent and ask God for forgiveness and change the course of their attitudes towards life and God´s commandments. If everybody in the world lived and abided by the Decameron there would not be any laws necessary, ever. Right? So good luck with going back to God, loving Him and obeying Him, Uruguay.
