Brazil was the fourth country in the world that grew the most in the first three months of the year.

    Holy Lula!

    Bras
These figures are not good news, no hiding that.

If, for ideological reasons, you choose pretend that ‘everything is rosy’, then you are on the road to becoming the next ArgenZuela.

Some way off, it has to be said, but on the road nonetheless.

At the end of last year, Congress approved a Constitutional Amendment that changed the spending rules of the federal public budget in 2023. It authorized the Executive Branch of the Union to allocate new resources to various social programs (Bolsa Família, Popular Pharmacy, MCMV, Family Agriculture, etc, etc).

The allocated amounts should be enough to carry out the social programs throughout 2023. Due to this contribution (merely accounting since there has not yet been disbursement, which will occur gradually over the course of the year), it was what effectively caused a smaller surplus in public accounts throughout Brazil, including the Union, States and Municipalities, in addition to state-owned companies.

As we all know, ever since Brazil denied participation in NATO's Offensive Wars, the Western media's gaze is always negative. What is normal.

The law provides for a budget deficit of 136 billion reais in public accounts for 2023. In addition, I say that Brazil will grow 2.3% in 2023. Which will be a fantastic result.

Esteban, I don't wear glasses. My eyesight is perfect.

As Pugol has said, it is a small start, nothing to get too excited about Brasil, time will tell, getting in to bed with Russia is not going to help,

Russia, India, China and South Africa have always been honest with us. They never spied on us, or flew our coastlines furtively, or interfered in our domestic politics, or treated our fellow citizens who emigrated to the West in search of a better life with contempt or arrogance.

So, better to sleep with all Russians and have lots of children as a family, than to be a barren West whore who acts arrogantly and racist.

Brasileiro, you have some serious issues, Russia has never been honest with anyone, ever, they have transformed from a communist expansionist country to an autocratic state ruled by an evil mad man, who respects no one, Oh yes they have spied on you, and have spies there now, and submarines close to your shoreline, do not be so nieve,
If the west is racist and you Brazil are part of the west then why do thousands and thousand of Africans and Asians want to come and live in the west , it is you the continues to come out with racist and aggressive statements, who has treated Brazil with contempt, ? the answer is NO ONE, Brazil is more friendly with western Europe that it is with China and Russia, clean your spectacles as Esteban says, because what you are seeing and quoting is not reality, India does not support Russia, China does not support Russian war in Ukraine, they did not support it in Syria or Chechnya or Georgia ,you really need to get educated on world issues because you are clueless, if it wasnt for NATO communism would have taken over the world and free speech and democracy would have been ended, you talk the biggest load of nonsense a Brazilian has ever said,

    Bras
Sometimes you are no naive, it’s unreal.

In the Budapest memorandum Russia guaranteed Ukraine’s territorial integrity with the existing borders.

That was a less than worthless promise.

If you think the Chinese and Russians are not spying on you then you are not in the real world.

The truth is just about everybody spies on everybody else, with the possible exception of countries like Argentina, who lack the capability and finance necessary.

However you can be sure that Brazil is spying on Argentina, just as Britain is spying on the EU.

    Welcome to the real world.
