Lula favors popular car package

What's next, a nationwide net of Autobahn, maybe a national 'Labor service' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reich_Labour_Service)? As of now, it is still possible to buy a small car in Brazil for under R$45k, but watch the government screw that up.
