Although how often they will deliver is the question, one ship load will not help much.

I just wonder if the boat is going to be filled each day or if they are actually just pumping out the bilgewater the ship is taking in through it's leaking hull.
Maybe they have found a different solution. The only thing is I am not sure they can regulate the arrival of the cyclones to coincide with their water needs or ensure that the cyclone dumps it's load in the correct catchment area.
Only time will tell.
