According to Braz ‘the dollar is worth absolutely nothing in the Global South’, but they just keep getting more and more expensive in Argentina.

With ‘a fistful of Dollars’ and ‘a few Dollars more’, you could be King of Shit heap in Argentina.

Welcome back! How was the marriage celebrations in France?

Here the Chilean ski season has been somewhat disappointing, although the grandchildren have been having great fun.

You'll note that poor Brasileiro is having a difficult misunderstanding of why capitalism has been so beneficial to my country.

    Cheers!

The dollar doesn't really count in the Global South. So much so that it is being exchanged for the Yuan.

    kkkkkk

Greetings my friend, I have returned!

Good to hear you’re well and enjoying your blessings.

I had a marvellous time, it transpired that the family of the bride were Portuguese, so there were French, English and Portuguese aspects to the celebrations, which all went very well.

I refused to be drawn into ‘discussions’ about whether French red wine, or Portuguese, was better. On the grounds that as a larger swilling Barbaro from the North, I didn’t even realise that the Rothschild’s we were drinking was Portuguese and not French.

Although even the French agreed it was an excellent wine.

I was pleasantly surprised at how many of the younger generation of French could speak some or other English, many to a high degree. Even in the supermarkets and petrol stations it was often possible to use English.

The Portuguese seem quite happy using French, English, Spanish or their native Tuga.

Brasileiro and misunderstanding are words that go together well.

    Stay well my friend.

It's an incredible Sunday and our apartment here Valle Nevado is filled our family enjoying the beautiful weather here.

Madame has been busily supervising today's feast that includes fresh sourdough bread, several salads and her marvelous Cassoulet
(That was prepared well in advance.) and fruit desserts.

Obviously we are serving an excellent
Carménère to accompany our family festivity.

It's truly a really great time to be alive!

    ¡Saludos de 3000mt!
