How can this be, according to Brasileiro:

‘the dollar is worth absolutely nothing in the Global South’

And:

‘The dollar doesn't really count in the Global South. So much so that it is being exchanged for the Yuan.’

Could it be that Braz either doesn’t have a clue what he is talking about, or is bullshiting through teeth?

Or both?
