Then they won’t fly and if they could they wouldn’t be able to do anything.
Without the cooperation of the British this will be another deal like the 5 Super Étendard fighters Argentina purchased in 2019, at a cost of US$ 12.5 million, which have never flown and never will.
Buy the Chinese/Pakistani offering instead, current models have Martin Baker ejector seats, but the Chinese have a locally made alternative, apparently.
Which makes you wonder why it hasn’t been fitted to any of their own aircraft.
