    Why would a foreign minister visit his own country? For me it's not a visit.

    Never once, Bras, has a supposed Argentine Minister ever visited the Falklands. Why do you not consider it a visit? He's come from the UK and is not resident in the Falklands, hence “visit”. Seems fairly straightforward to me.
