President Nayib Bukele is my hero!

Regarding article Bullrich - Nayib Bukele, my recent post was unfortunately not fully not posted.

    (Complete post script...)

Somewhat recently, Señor Tænk inquired about my horological collection...

My current fun watch is a Timex Marlin automatic “Peanuts Gang's All Here”, gifted by my grandchildren.

    I really love this treasure!

My daily-wear time piece is a Sinn UTC limited release, black Tegiment coated submarine grade stainless steel 41mm; that I personally purchased at their Frankfurt headquarters. (Reportfully only 400 were ever made.)

Among the sentimental treasures, includes a white gold Omega Seamaster,9ñn gifted upon my graduation at the naval academy by my late father and my grandfather's rose gold Patek Philippe Calatrava.

I've also been collecting a modest number of time pieces, which many have been via inheritance over the years.

As to our family farm, operations are progressing very well this season.

Agriculture can be highly risky, on a long enough timeline, the survival rate for growers drops to zero.

Saying that, the recent Hass avocado liquidations have been very satisfying.

However due to uncertain weather, our table grapes could be affected.

Besides harvesting the traditional Thompson Seedless and Flame Seedless, we're very pleased with the marvelous new crop this year.

The introduced red varieties we've grafted include Jack Salute, and Sweet Celebration, while our newest greens include Autumn Crisp and Cotton Candy. (These are some of the latest California popular favorites.)

We see the current USA spot market pricing for the very best varieties continue to exceed US$ 40 per box on the east coast.

(Our primary customers are Wegmans in the USA and Tesco in the UK.)

Sadly, the Panamanian Canal problem and extremely high sea freight costs this season are very challenging.

In my opinion, anti-petroleum activists are ruining our entire world economy.

    ¡Saludos de Panquehue!

    Hermanito...

    A) President Nayib Bukele...:
    - He ain't precisely “My Hero” but..., as I did with Nestor & Cristina Kirchner..., I Tænk he is a corageous individual doing a decent job in an almost impossible situation...
(I read that he has banned EACH & EVERY KIND of private ownership of H2O rights in El Salvador...! Goooooòoooood boy... ;-)

    B) Horological collection...:
    1) - That Peanuts Timex of yours is really cute...! (And weareable... ;-)
    2) - Small World..! I had once a “EZM 1”..., also bought directly from Herr Helmut Sinn in the 90's... (Expropriated long ago by one of the sons :-(
    3) - A Grandpa's rose gold Calatrava..., huhhhh? - A “Ref. 96”..., I presume...?

    C) Grapes...:
    - Cotton Candies are kind of problematic... After the first ½ kg..., they become unbearably empalagosas...

    D) ...:
-In my opinion, anti-petroleum activists are saving our entire World...
    - As you surely know..., we Scandigonians are miles ahead of you... Just listen to one of Greta Thunberg's gooood friends...:

The Patek Philippe Calatrava is from 1950's with a 27SC movement.

I'm sincerely impressed you met Herr Helmut Sinn. (He lived 101 years!)

I do hope you're wrong about the Cotton Candy variety as my customer has specifically requested it...

Shipping logistics need reasonable cost fuel.

Meanwhile the harvest has my full attention.

    ¡Saludos!

    Hermanito...

    - Now..., provide as requested the ref. nr., case nr. and cal. nr. of your Patek..., and I'll be able to tell you which colour of underwear your grandpa preferred on his “otras”... ;-)

    - Don't ya worry about your Cotton Candies...
Your greatgrandchildren will be as auld as Mr. Sinn before your Anglo customers begin to develop something resembling a civilized, balanced taste on fruit...

You may be surprised by the
Cotton Candy which is the trademark for a variety of sweet white table grapes of the cultivar IFG Seven.

Madame and her sister are here, and they really like the flavor.

I sincerely hope you enjoy your Sunday.

    ¡Saludos!

    Hermanito...
I wouldn't be giving my opinion about that grape variety if I hadn't taste it previously...
IMHO..., their sweetnes and aroma are..., as I already said..., empalagosos after a short while...

Do yourself a favour and have some fun......
Put those two Frenchies of yours to some good use...
Force feed them ~½kg Cotton Candies each and watch them get hastily bored about their lack of nuances...

If them ladies do not..., I am more than willing to revision my informed opinion...
    Capisce...?

You may recall the old lady that makes empanadas near our farm, she's now “retired” in Santiago and wishes to sell her property.

Surprisedly she holds title of nearly 7 hectares. Although I really don't need the land, it may be prudent to aquire the property.

Current world wine production is depressed and it may be the right time to buy.

Meanwhile the ladies here are busy preparing fruit and vegetables for our farm table.

Just fresh salads and delicious fruit is my favorite lunch... grapes, nectarines, plums, and blueberries...

Meanwhile, Madame's niece is enamoured with our bee hives and has asked permission to meet the apiarist.

    He's young, single and handsome.

I can imagine... J’adore ton sourire...

    ¡Saludos!

Well, she better start building lots of effective prison space, and (somehow?) recruit a new, much larger and reliable force to arrest and imprison thousands of “criminals,” of which there are no dearth. Anybody seen this show before?
