Falkland Islands progresses port facility project with Harland and Wolff

In a bid to enhance its infrastructure, the Falkland Islands Government (FIG) has taken significant steps towards the replacement of the Stanley port facility, known as FIPASS.     4 Pontoons! which will need replacing in say 40 years? surely stone, concrete & steel would have lasted far longer okay it would cost more but would be better value for the Falklands.
