Federal gov't to rebuild Rio Grande do Sul's roads, says Lula
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva announced Sunday that the Federal government would provide the funding for the reconstruction of every road in the State of Rio Grande do Sul destroyed by the storms, be them national or local, Agência Brasil reported. Reading between the lines, what “beaurocracy will not stand in our way” really means is that no tenders will be put out, the executive branch will announce what they will do, and when, without the slightest transparency - as this is an emergency which cannot be hindered by silly 'beaurocracy' .
And the PT worshippers all applaud, just like the members of the Chinese National Congress when Xi Jinping blows hot air...

I must be spoiled.
Electric showers ? yes, they abound in poor neighborhoods and in old buildings, because when built they did not foresee natural gas for showers. When I moved out of my parents' home, sometime ago, my first flat had an electric shower, wasn't very nice. Over time, much better and safer electric shower heads have come on the market, but nothing like the large flow of water from a gas powered shower....something I'm sure Terry does not have in his basement...probably only a bucket of water and an aluminium mug.
But getting back to RS, the F*ckwitt has either checked the news - and seen that what I said about the rains being catastrophic, was true - or, refuses to acknowledge that he's an idiot. Either way, true to his sick personality.
He resorts to ad-hominem attacks when his arguments fall to pieces, and beats around the bush like he doesn't know where he's going.
