Speaking at the Brazil-France Business Forum in Paris, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva insisted Friday that the United Nations (UN) amounted to very little presently, unlike in its heyday. Not to mention that Brazil’s emission levels are still climbing where most western countries emissions have halved over the last 30 years.
Brazil must be one of the biggest payers for ‘historic liability’, whether they have a welfare state or not.
The man either has no idea what he is talking about, or is deluded, or both.
