Decline? Have you all gone mad?
213,000 jobs were created in September. More than 40,000 in the manufacturing industry. And this has nothing to do with last year. These are new jobs, you idiots! Unemployment has never been as low as it is now, a little over 5%. And it's natural that next year (2026), in the same month, fewer jobs will be created. It's natural, since there will be less available labor. Do you understand, or do I need to draw you a picture?

The trend now is for wages to increase at a faster pace. The average salary in 2024 was 3225 reais, now in 2025 it will most likely reach 3500 reais.

Mercopress headline in 2026: Brazil only generated 180,000 formal jobs in September 2026, so they're going bankrupt! You're completely crazy!
