    Great news!

In Brazil, a joint venture has already been created between the Brazilian and Chinese governments (50/50) with an initial capital of 1 billion dollars for mapping all existing rare earth elements in Brazil. This includes future industrial exploration and processing within Brazilian territory.

In other words, the crystals and magnets will leave Brazil already finished and polished, with high added value and generating significant employment and income in Brazil.

Now, I just don't know if these products can be exported to Western countries, because that would threaten humanity itself, as you are very belligerent and represent a danger to peace.

    Braz
The term ‘rare earths’ is something of a misnomer, they are actually found in a lot of places, like Cornwall in the UK, where they have been mining some or other Metals for literally millennia.

The problem is they are only ever found in very, very low concentrations and therefore you need to mine and process a shit load of ore, for only a tiny amount of rare earth elements.

So, along with some ‘jobs for the boys’ and more money in the pockets of the possessing class, don’t forget to include in the costs the large-scale destruction of the environment from the mining and processing involved.

Oh, I forgot, that is nothing new in Brazil, is it!
