QatarEnergy and Chevron join Shell in Uruguay's offshore oil exploration

QatarEnergy and Chevron have formally entered as non-operating partners in offshore hydrocarbon exploration blocks off Uruguay's coast, in areas operated by Shell, state energy company Ancap announced.
