Posted 1 day ago - Link - Report abuse +1Maybe the flag wavers and such like could be charged with disrution against the good order amd management of the countryand be deported, on the next flight (at their own expense), with a notation on their passport declaring that they are considered to be banned from entering the country at any future date. (I knowe there are others that have a better knowledge of the legal terminology). With this registration attached to their name it could affect any future international trips they have planned. I am sure that there is an international register for such passengers.

So simple MLAs - you must have seen as issued some years ago - bilingual copies of the agreed statement from the Arg Families Assoc that makes it very very clear- Arg National Flags can ONLY be placed over a grave for a few minutes by the visiting family, fiends ,relatives for a few prayers and respect - or if windy can be opened and held at waist height and NO HIGHER - behind the grave.

No flags or banners are to be shown anywhere else in or around the cemetery.
So man up and start doing random checks at least of suitcases and bags on arrivals and if a small flag is found - remind them of the rules- if a slogan or defaced flag- confiscate it and return it a week later when they leave.
For too many years Islanders have had to put up with lots of flag/banner insults like this and even verbal insults which if the person makes a complaint - our legal system routinely drops it and says no case.
