NASA Chief says Argentine astronaut may soon travel to International Space Station

NASA's Administrator Bill Nelson said Monday while visiting the Teófilo Tabanera Space Center (CETT) of the National Space Activities Commission (Conae), in the town of Falda del Cañete in the Argentine province of Córdoba, that an astronaut from the South American country might soon be traveling to the International Space Station.

Falklands police has staff shortage; drink driving and speeding the main concerns

The Falkland Islands are short of uniformed police officers, was made public at the Police Committee meeting by Inspector and Acting Chief of Police Barry Thacker. Peru celebrates Independence Day with a new round of violent protests

US lawmakers discuss bilateral issues with Paraguay's next President

A delegation of lawmakers from the United States headed by Congressman Adam Smith (D) Sunday met in Asunción with Paraguay's President-elect Santiago Peña to discuss future bilateral relations, particularly on security and trade, it was reported.
