  Man convicted for trying to steal the Magna Carta at Salisbury Cathedral

  

  A man who tried steal an original copy of the 1215 Magna Carta, considered to be one of the most important documents in the history of democracy, from an English cathedral was found guilty on Thursday of criminal damage and attempted theft.

  British Supreme Court Justice gives a lecture in Buenos Aires on the Carta Magna

  

  Visiting British Supreme Court Justice Lord Robert Carnwath gave a lecture for the United Kingdom Course of the University of San Andres, in Buenos Aires. Among important participants to the event were the President of Argentina’s maximum tribunal, Ricardo Lorenzetti, as well as magistrates, prosecutors and renowned law experts.
