  Falklands/Buenos Aires Ezeiza airport direct flight by a RAF Voyager transport

  

  A RAF Voyager transport, in a direct link from MPA in the Falkland Islands landed on Thursday morning at Ezeiza airport in Buenos Aires with 25 members of the HMS Protector crew, on time to catch a midday British Airways flight to London. It has been decades since an RAF unit lands in the Argentine capital international airport.

  The Argentine navy is trying to make a visual inspection of another three objects that registered on a sonar search for remains of the ARA San Juan submarine that vanished 18 days ago with 44 crew members aboard in the South Atlantic.

  Argentine submarine rescue operation is over, but search will continue

  

  Argentina's navy said on Thursday that it is no longer looking for survivors among the 44 sailors aboard the ARA San Juan submarine missing for 15 days, though a multinational operation will continue looking for the vessel.
