  Falklands at the Bird Fair with record attendance and “flawless performance”

  

  The Falkland Islands were one of the main sponsors for the second year in a row of the recently completed annual Bird Fair event at the Rutland Wildlife Reserve, which had a better than expected attendance, and according to the Falkland Islands Tourist Board “went off flawlessly”.

  This year’s Bird Fair in Egleton, Rutland, had even more exhibitors than ever and was certainly worth Falkland Islands Holidays (FIH) attending, said Jenny Luxton of FIH who anticipated that the coming season is looking very busy based on the interest shown by visitors to the stands.

  Falkland Islands Tourist Board (FITB) has been busy over the past weeks planning for upcoming events in the UK. The first event is in just three weeks when FITB will again be attending Bird Fair at Rutland Wildlife Reserve in Oakham, UK.
