Land Rover beats Chinese auto industry copies in Beijing court

Jaguar Land Rover has won a legal case to prevent a Chinese car brand from selling a copycat vehicle, ending a three-year court battle. In 2016 the UK-based carmaker sued Jiangling Motor Corporation over its Landwind X7 sport utility vehicle, which the company claimed bore an extremely similar resemblance to the Range Rover Evoque.

US/China face to face trade talks to continue in Beijing this week

US seizes pork shipments from China fearing contagion of African swine flu disease
