    Argentina has most bizarre regulations, leading businessman tells Harvard

    Starace insisted Enel's decision to leave had to do with Argentina and not with Moscow's measures regarding energy in Europe

    Francesco Starace, CEO of Italy's Enel, the company owning a majority of Buenos Aires electricity suppliers Edesur, said last week during a convention at the Harvard Business School, that they would be leaving the South American country because it “has the most bizarre regulation in the world.”

    Piñera opens joint-largest wind-farm in the north of Chile

    President Sebastian Piñera inaugurated Chile’s joint-largest wind farm at an official ceremony. The 90MW Talinay East facility is owned by Italy’s Enel Green Power and features 45 Vestas V100 2MW turbines in the country’s central Coquimbo region, 400 kilometres north of Santiago.
